Mr. Troilo has over 22 years of litigation experience. Troilo started his legal career at a San Antonio law firm where he worked for six years.  He then served as a Deputy General Counsel for the U.S. General Services Administration; and later as General Counsel for the U.S. Office of Personnel Management – both in Washington, D.C. Upon leving Federal Government, he practiced law with a D.C. law firm and later became an Assistant Attorny General with the Texas Attorney General’s Office in Austin, Texas.

Licensure: all courts of the State of Texas; the District of Columbia; the U.S. Supreme Court; Fifth and Federal Circuit Courts of Appeal; Federal District Courts in Texas.

Education: Mr. Troilo earned a Bachelors Degree from the University of Texas at Austin and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Houston Law Center. While in law school, he was an associate editor for the UNIVERSITY OF HOUSTON LAW JOURNAL and the Student Bar Association Treasurer.
